STPA Legislative Needs and Concerns

For Nebraska, we will be looking at prescriptive authority in the next year or two. Otherwise, we have major concerned about Medicare regulations that deny psychologists as supervising practitioners and disallow them from ordering restraint/seclusion in group home settings.
