STPA Legislative Needs and Concerns

For the past several years, we have been fighting a scope of practice incursion by social workers and MFT. They want the right to independently use psychological tests. Current law allows for them to use appraisal instruments (checklists, simple self report scale) only. They are not allowed to render diagnoses.
